GlassworksMartha’s Vineyard Glassworks

Martha’s Vineyard Glassworks was founded as a facility for glassblowers to work every day, develop technical skills, create glasswork, and build a life around glassblowing. The glassblowing studio can be observed from the gallery, which allows customers to watch a work of art come to life, from the raw materials and an artist’s vision to the final piece. Martha’s Vineyard Glassworks has built a reputation for high-quality original designs and has become a popular destination for glassworkers, tourists, artists, interior decorators, collectors, and trade workers alike.

Tuck & HolandTuck and Holand

Anthony Holand recognized his passion for metal sculpting early in life. He apprenticed with the late Travis Tuck. The studio got its start back in 1974, when Tuck created his first weathervane as a prop for the movie Jaws, which was filming near his home on Martha’s Vineyard. Since that time, hundreds of evocative figures – some drawn from nature, some from contemporary life – have been commissioned by private owners and businesses who appreciate this unique artistry and know they have something which will last for generations.
